If you order before 1pm on Monday-Friday, you should receive your order the next day (working day, subject to availability).

If you are, or are going to be, a frequent online customer of Wisley Church Supplies, we would recommend you to register for our website. Doing so saves your details (address, email, telephone, etc.) for future purchases. To do so, click on "Login" at the top-right corner of the screen, and follow the on-screen instructions. Make sure to pick a secure password. You also have the option to sign up for our newsletter.

Product categories are easily navigated on our website. Once you find your product, select your preferences (size, colour, etc.) and select your quantity. Once you "ADD TO CART", you're products will be sent to the Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart is accessible from the top of the website. Here you can change quantities, remove products and view the subtotal (incl. VAT, excl. delivery if any). Once you are satisfied, click "GO TO CHECKOUT", which will bring you to the payment page, accessible also from the top of the website.

On the Checkout page, you enter your details (which will be saved if you have registered). If you want the purchase(s) delivered to a different location, simply check the "No" box where it says "My Delivery Address the same as my Billing Address". Make sure the correct country is selected, as this determines the delivery charge (if any, see "Delivery" below).

You can pay by credit/debit card, or through PayPal.

When paying through credit/debit card, simply enter your details and click "CONFIRM ORDER". We accept Maestro, Laser, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. These payments are processed through Realex Payments, a recognised online credit payment agency that is guarded by SSL encryption security, and connections to the banks are completed over private dedicated circuits that are managed by the banks. Sensitive data is never held in any network segment accessible from the internet, ensuring you of the highest possible protection for your credit/debit card details.

To purchase through PayPal, simply click on the "PayPal" link and you will be taken to a secure server to complete your purchase. Billing and shipping addresses are sent from the site to PayPal. Please check the billing and shipping addresses when completing your purchases in PayPal. If you need to change your shipping address please email the store ( and we will update your order prior to shipping.

Prices are shown in Euro. Not all products are charged with VAT. Those that are charged with VAT (13.5% or 23%) will have VAT-inclusive prices displayed on the website. There may be an additional charge for delivery (see below). E&OE. There is approx. 0.1% error in the prices on our website. We reserve the right to correct incorrect prices. If you come across a possible error on our website we would be grateful if you would contact us and inform us of the problem.

Charge on delivery depends on location and quantity. If you are on the island of Ireland, the charge for delivery is €7. If your subtotal exceeds €100, this €7 charge does not apply. Delivery in Ireland is supplied by Fastway Couriers, or by one of our lorries.

Outside of Ireland, the delivery charges to the UK and elsewhere starts at €20, regardless of the subtotal, depending on the weight of the goods. If the goods are bulky we may have to issue a refund as it may not be feasible for us to send the goods. Delivery provider depends on circumstances and country.

If you order supplies and for whatever reason you do not receive them and we have sent them by courier. We will have to check with the courier the reason why the supplies were not delivered or if delivered request a proof of delivery (POD). Once we get an answer from the courier company with their explanation as to the delivery of the supplies, we will decide if we are happy to resend the goods or issue a refund.
It is our company policy to wait 14 days, form the date the supplies have been sent from our warehouse to the address we were given to ship to, to issue a refund to the card that made the purchase or to request your bank details for us to make a transfer into your bank account.
As with prices, there may be errors in stock numbers. Sometimes our stock numbers will not be updated according to deliveries to our warehouse etc. and thus, if a product on our site says "Out of Stock" or something similar, this may not imply that the product is unavailable. Please contact us if you require information about any such product(s).

In the same sense, few products on our site may be out of stock but display a positive stock number. If you order one or more of such products, we may not be able to send it/them out within one working day, and we apologise in advance.

However, in the unlikely event of any item of stock being unavailable or delayed, we shall contact you by phone or email as soon as possible to advise you of the new estimated time of delivery, together with, if appropriate, suggested alternative items. If you wish to change or cancel your order, you can contact us and your order will be revised or fully refunded as soon as possible.
